Great for the Holidays! Tell the story about the great snowman you made and how a bully knocked his head off. A neighbor picked up the head and put it in his newspaper, (remove head and put it in paper) then brought it to me to let me know what happened.When he opened the paper the head was gone! He tipped the paper over, and the water poured out. Next, you replace frosty’s head with a balloon, but it’s not the same. Have the kids wave their hands to make a cool breeze, tip the cup over on top of the balloon and snow (confetti) flutters out. The balloon pops and Frosty’s head returns.
